Our Team

Sándor Zsoldos
(Partner, Managing director)

He is one of the founders of IPR. Working for the biggest software producer of the world, he figured that the modern version of the old phrase saying “set a thief to catch a thief” is “get a thief as a consultant to catch a thief” (obviously we wouldn’t like to hurt anyone’s feelings, we can’t help the phrase goes like that – ed.).
He likes to spend his free time shooting photos (he does that quite well) and playing ice-hockey (he does that better and better). He doesn’t have more spare time as he’s the proud father of two beautiful children.

Zsolt Csala
(Senior consultant)

He is the harsh leader of the IPR projects and all the consultants. Any project that gets into his hands cannot end without proper results and achievements. People looking for excuses should prepare hearing Zsolt say: “Ok, fine. So when will it be done?”
He gathered most of his experiences as IT consultant, and he has basic CISA and ITIL qualifications. He admits once having child rearing principals, now he “only” has three kids…

Eszter Gáspár-Hidasi
(Senior consultant)

She’s the fresh spirit in IPR’s life. She hates tasks that she has never faced before, so she tries to solve them to the best, which she mostly does too, preventing the rest of the IPR team from the frustration these new tasks bring. Her original profession is informatics engineer, but already during her college time she turned towards the world of software and licences, and has spent over 10 years working for the Hungarian representative of the biggest software producer of the world. She is with IPR ever since.
She is recently devoted to breed her son.

dr. Eszter Telek
(Senior consultant)

She is the legal specialist of IPR. She knows all about intellectual property rights and licences, even things the producers themselves don’t. She defended her degree on this topic in 2008 with best results at the Faculty of Law – Info communication Specialist, University of Pécs. Her diploma was very successful, it was even published in the newspaper of the university. She’s always watching that all our materials are accurate and that her make-up goes with her clothes.

Balázs Ács
(Software-registration administrator)

There cannot be a lot of software products around the world, which he doesn’t know by head. He’s extremely fast recognizing new products, which is a needed value facing the challenges software producers prepare. He’s original profession is media developer, that helps him in his current job, but is also a great hobby.

Zoltán Berecz
(Sales manager)

He is the engine of IPR-Insights’ sales. With his arrival we could open also to the medium size companies, because in the last 6 years Zoli was working particulary for this sector at one of world’s biggest software vendor, first as a telesales professional, later as a key account manager. He does really know, what kind of difficulties our clients are facing in software asset management, so there’s no wonder that he has joined a company, that can deliver real solutions for these challenges.
Zoltan is a man of words, by good fortune he is enhancing this talent at the IPR-Insights. At home, his wife and his little daughter are the speakers.

Orsolya Bock
(Office manager, consultant)

She is the soul of IPR and the solver of all our problems. She is qualified HR manager, working on improving IPR’s HR system to the content of the team and the management. She holds her ear to the ground does it come to tenders. Should she find some convenient for IPR, she grabs is, mostly with best results. She gathered most of her professional experiences at IT companies, which makes her a good supplement to the team in projects too.
She likes to party, and she’s also very good in organising them – which we all esteem.

Sándor Nagy
(Consultant)

He is the mascot of IPR, insolently young, but at least he can handle charge. He’ll soon be informatics engineer, but as he gather lots of experiences in software asset management, including the mazy world of licences, it is very likely he will follow the footsteps of the most successful consultants of IPR.
Being so young, his family is completed by a german wirehaired pointer dog, not children. And he still has plenty of time for photography.

Ádám Nyuzó
(Senior Expert)

The controller and active participant of all technical issues come up in our work. In one hand he use his enterprise infrastructure managing skills for the sake of our projects, on the other hand he is the key person of the in-house development activities. He props the younger ones at IPR, not just with acts, but through his classical didactical way („i know YOU can do it…”). On his own admission, he is the Miyamoto Musashi of IT.
As his Master, he has a much diversified interest: reading, tuning his car, building his house, raising his children. But you have to know, he is not perfect: he can be better at glacier skiing, bell founding and in quantum mechanics.

Balázs Repkényi
(Consultant)

Our newest collague, with significant experience in Oracle licensing, and he is quickly expanding licensing knowledge of other software vendors, too.
